The BEST $65 I Ever Spent!

I'm living in Orlando for a little while and I've been trying to find some thrift stores. All the ones I've come across either seem too sketchy to go in or they're...well yeah, mainly just sketchy.

However, there is a bright side to this story. This morning, I drove over to GoodWill hoping to leave with anything. I pulled up and this GoodWill said "OUTLET" on the outside. Cheaper than normal GoodWill prices!? I'll take it! I walked in and it was a disaster. Clothes were piled up in these big blue bins and people were scavenging through them with their already full carts by their side. I went over to one of the bins trying to figure out if it was specified by size or gender. NOPE. No specification whatsoever. It was a free for all. Long story short-I left empty-handed.

Luckily, in the same plaza there was a Plato's Closet. If you don't know about Plato's Closet, it's just a consignment shop where people try to sell their clothes, but the cool thing is that the majority of these clothes are still in style and in great condition. I picked up tons of things and went into the dressing room knowing I probably come out with only one thing that fit, or looked decent. To my surprise, I walked out with six, let me say it one more time, SIX things. Not only did they look good, but they fit too! Okay, maybe the jean shorts didn't fit, but they're motivation to lose ten pounds.

In order of appearance:

Tommy Hilfiger - Jean Shorts - $10

Vineyard Vines - Sweat Shirt - $10

Forever 21 - Jeans - $15

Tacera - Black Dress - $5

Nike - Shorts - $8

Nike - Cropped Leggings - $14

love always,
